Construction and technology

The HR500SA metal bandsaw is built on a stable cast-iron body mounted within a steel frame structure. Inside are the coolant tank, hydraulic unit, and chip conveyor. The rigid frame design minimises vibrations during operation, directly improving cutting precision.

This metal bandsaw with a 6.5 kW motor and manual tensioning system works with blades measuring 6600 x 41 x 1.3 mm. The table height is 715 mm, and the maximum machine load capacity is as much as 3,000 kg.
