UWF 150S SERVO Universal Milling Machine with Swivelling Table is an industrial metal milling machine designed for precise machining of workpieces requiring a large range of movement and flexible workpiece positioning. The 1600x360mm worktable, automatic feeds in the X, Y and Z axes and table swivel capability of ±45° provide extensive machining possibilities for one-off, small-batch and workshop production.
The UWF 150S SERVO has been designed for facilities that require a universal milling machine with high functionality, stable operating parameters and the ability to machine workpieces at different angles. The swivelling table with a maximum tilt of ±45° allows the workpiece to be positioned relative to the tool without the need for additional angle attachments.
Automatic feeds in the X, Y and Z axes and rapid feed on all axes improve table positioning and reduce auxiliary operation time. The feed speed range of X/Y: 25~800mm/min and Z: 8-267mm/min allows the movement parameters to be adapted to the type of tool, material and machining operation.
The machine construction has been designed for professional operation in machining facilities. The vertical and horizontal spindle tapers are made to the 7:24 ISO 50 standard, enabling the use of milling tooling intended for demanding industrial applications.
The 5.5kW horizontal motor and 4.5kW vertical motor allow the machining configuration to be adapted to the geometry of the workpiece. The speed range is (12) 60-1750rpm for the vertical spindle and (12) 58-1800rpm for the horizontal spindle, allowing the cutting parameters to be adapted to the type of material and tool.
The key distinguishing feature of the UWF 150S SERVO is the table with a ±45° swivel range. This solution enables milling of inclined surfaces, slots and components requiring angular positioning without the need for repeated machine setup. The three table T-slots, 14mm wide and spaced 95mm apart, allow the use of vices, holders and clamping systems.
The table feed servo drive rated at 2.36kW / 15Nm and stepless feed adjustment allow the working movement to be precisely adapted to the cutting parameters. The 3-axis digital readout facilitates positioning control, which is particularly important for repeatable operations and multi-surface machining.
The UWF 150S SERVO Universal Milling Machine is designed for toolrooms, production facilities, repair workshops, maintenance departments and companies carrying out one-off and small-batch machining.
