UWF120 Universal Milling Machine is a professional metal milling machine designed for precise machining of steel, cast iron and non-ferrous metal components. The UWF120 has been designed for users who require a universal milling machine with a stable construction, wide adjustment range and the ability to perform various operations at a single workstation. The precision spindle gearbox and ground and hardened guideways support accurate movement of the working assemblies and help maintain geometric parameters during long-term operation.
An important advantage of the machine is the ability to position the head at different angles thanks to the combination of two tilting planes. This allows the tool position to be adapted to the geometry of the workpiece and enables machining of surfaces that would require additional clamping or repositioning of the workpiece on a conventional milling machine.
The machine construction has been designed for professional metalworking requirements. The rigid base, substantial working assemblies and guideways with appropriately prepared surfaces reduce the influence of vibration and play on the machining process. In practice, this provides more stable milling conditions and enables repeatable tool guidance.
The vertical spindle speed range is 45-1660rpm, while the horizontal spindle range is 34-1320rpm.
