1. Worktable

• Sectional vacuum table with six independent zones made from durable HPL plates, controlled directly from the main cabinet,
• Each section includes ports connected via a piping system to the vacuum pump,
• Main vacuum ports feature removable plugs for clamping different material formats,
• The surface is covered with a network of channels ensuring uniform vacuum distribution,
• Includes T-slots for manual material clamping,
• Equipped with pneumatic stoppers in two axes for repeatable and accurate material positioning,
• The IND line features a reinforced industrial heavy-duty worktable,

2. HSD Italian Spindle

• High-performance brushless spindle by the renowned Italian manufacturer HSD, with 9 kW power, inverter-driven and overload protected,
• Equipped with an innovative air-cooling system,
• Compatible with automatic tool change (ATC) for increased productivity and reduced downtime,
• Automation enables full tool utilisation without recalibration or process interruption,

3. Drive System

• Energy-efficient AC YASKAWA servo drives controlled by a digital system for high-speed, precision machining,
• Brushless AC servo motors drive the X and Y axes via planetary gearboxes,
• Z-axis, where positioning accuracy is critical, driven by a reinforced ball screw,
• Bridge motion in X and Y via HIWIN linear rails and helical rack-and-pinion system made of hardened steel for long service life,
• Professional HIWIN trapezoidal guideways tested for compliance during each assembly stage,
• Central maintenance-free lubrication system for carriages and ball screw, protecting key moving components.

4. Construction

• Sliding gantry made of cast iron for exceptional rigidity and vibration damping during machining,
• Reinforced ribbed steel frame eliminates vibration during high-load operation.

5. Tool Magazine and Tool Height Sensor

• 8-position linear tool magazine with ISO30 tool holders and ER32 collets,
• Includes tool holders and collets: 1/2" – 6 pcs; 1/8" – 2 pcs; 3–4 mm – 2 pcs; 5–6 mm – 4 pcs; 7–8 mm – 2 pcs; 9–10 mm – 2 pcs,
• Equipped with a precision Z-axis tool height sensor, eliminating the need for manual calibration after tool changes.

6. Software and Industrial Control System

• Compatible with the latest CAD/CAM software versions,
• OPTIONALLY latest software UCanCAM V12 (enables import/export from Corel, AutoCAD, and other programs, text editing, and advanced project management),
• Enables fast and simple project design and automatic G-code conversion,
• Includes G-code path memory (in case of power failure, resumes from the last operation point without material loss).

7. Vacuum Pump and Extraction Foot (optional)

• New-generation extraction covers ensure cleaner and faster material removal,
• The vacuum pump significantly increases material hold-down force, preventing displacement during machining,
• Optional vacuum pump – 7.5 kW (max. -440 mbar),
• 6 independent vacuum zones,
• Pneumatically operated extraction foot mounted near the spindle enables efficient chip extraction, ensuring a clean and precise working area.
