2. HQD Spindle

• Brushless spindle from a renowned manufacturer, with 9kW power, powered by an inverter with overload protection.
• Air-cooled milling spindle with an innovative air-cooling system.
• Designed for automatic tool change, reducing machining downtime by eliminating manual tool replacement.
• Automation allows use of all tools in production without recalibration or stopping the machining cycle.

3. Drive system

• High-quality, energy-efficient Leadshine 1500W servo drives with high holding torque (double drive on the Y axis).
• Controlled by NK-105 G3 digital controller ensuring excellent machining quality and high feed rates.
• Brushless servo motors on X and Y axes transmit motion through premium planetary gearboxes.
• Z-axis, where positioning precision is crucial, is driven by a reinforced ball screw.
• Movement along X and Y axes is achieved through HIWIN linear guides and helical racks made of hardened, tempered steel for long, reliable operation.
• Professional HIWIN trapezoidal linear guides are tested and verified at every stage of assembly.
• Central, maintenance-free lubrication system for the key moving elements — carriages and ball screw — saving time and protecting key components.

4. Construction

• The gantry frame is made of cast iron, providing exceptional rigidity and vibration absorption during machining.

5. 8-Tool Magazine + Tool Measurement Sensor

• The machine is equipped with an 8-position linear tool magazine, ISO30 holders, and ER32 collets.
• Included tool holders: ISO30 and collets sized 1/2" (6 pcs), 1/8" (2 pcs), 3–4mm (2 pcs), 5–6mm (4 pcs), 7–8mm (2 pcs), 9–10mm (2 pcs).
• Each CNC machine includes a Z-axis tool height sensor eliminating manual measurement corrections after each tool change.
