Drilling–Milling Machine CORMAK ZX7055 VARIO is an efficient universal milling machine designed for drilling, milling, and tapping in steel and cast iron. Built on a solid cast-iron frame with smoothly adjustable speeds in two ranges, it ensures repeatable accuracy in both single and small-batch production.
The core of the machine is a heavy cast-iron frame with wide guides minimising deflection during face and cylindrical milling. The massive cross table with a precision-ground surface ensures perfect flatness. The MK4 taper spindle is driven by a 1.5/1.8kW S1/S6 motor with variable speed control. The integrated cooling system stabilises cutting zone temperature and improves surface finish quality.
The combination of ground gears and robust guides provides high dimensional repeatability and excellent surface smoothness. The automatic spindle feed and two speed ranges allow stable parameters for drilling up to Ø32mm in steel and Ø45mm in cast iron, as well as face milling up to Ø80mm and end milling up to Ø28mm.
