Fiber laser cutting machines are modern devices distinguished by numerous advantages. They are not only an excellent and far more cost-effective alternative to CO₂ technology, but also offer many benefits that enable production growth (up to 70%) and improved quality. FIBER technology allows cutting of sheet metal and other materials of various thicknesses, from very thin to very thick. The wavelength of a FIBER laser is 1.064 micrometres. These properties affect the intensity, which is 100 times greater than that of CO₂ devices with similar power.

Welded bed made of rectangular profiles

The bed structure has an internal honeycomb-like design made of multiple welded rectangular tubes. Reinforcements are placed inside the tubes to increase bed strength and also enhance the rigidity and stability of the guide rail, effectively preventing deformation. High strength, stability and tensile resistance ensure 20 years of operation without distortion.

Exchangeable work table

The exchangeable work table consists of upper and lower platforms, whose movement and exchange are controlled by the controller. The machine is able to complete platform exchange within 15 s.
