Fibre laser designed for cutting large-format sheet metal with a working area of 6000x2000 mm. The exchangeable table system significantly speeds up the cutting process. Stable operation is ensured by components from world-renowned manufacturers such as YASKAWA servo motors, HIWIN linear guides, and the Raytools cutting head.
Laser cutters are modern machines distinguished by numerous advantages. They are not only an excellent and much more cost-effective alternative to CO2 technology, but also offer many features that allow production to expand (up to 70%) and improve its quality. FIBER technology enables cutting of sheets and other materials of various thicknesses, from very thin to very thick. The wavelength of the FIBER laser is 1.064 micrometres. These properties influence the beam intensity, which is 100 times greater than that of CO2 machines of similar power.
The sliding gantry structure is made of aged aerospace aluminium, formed under a pressure of 4,300 tons, achieving exceptional rigidity. Aerospace aluminium offers many advantages: high stiffness (greater than cast iron), low weight, corrosion and oxidation resistance, and excellent machinability.
The exchangeable work table consists of upper and lower platforms, whose movement and exchange are controlled by the CNC system. The machine is capable of completing a platform exchange cycle within 15 seconds.
The bed structure features an internal honeycomb design made of multiple welded rectangular tubes. Internal stiffeners enhance the bed’s durability as well as the rigidity and stability of the guide rail, effectively preventing deformation. High strength, stability, and tensile resistance ensure 20 years of operation without distortion.
