A modern, fully enclosed fibre laser for cutting sheet metal. The laser casing with protective glass ensures full protection against laser beam reflection, safeguarding the operator and others nearby. Available laser power ranges from 1000W to 12000W. Fibre laser cutting machines are modern devices distinguished by numerous advantages. They are not only an excellent and far more cost-effective alternative to CO2 technology but also offer many features that allow production growth (up to 70%) and quality improvement. The FIBER technology enables cutting sheets and other materials of various thicknesses — from very thin to very thick. The wavelength in a FIBER laser is 1.064 micrometres. These properties result in an intensity 100 times higher than that of CO2 machines of comparable power.
The gantry structure is made of aged aerospace aluminium formed under 4,300-ton pressure, achieving exceptional rigidity. Aerospace aluminium offers many benefits: high stiffness (greater than cast iron), low weight, corrosion and oxidation resistance, and excellent machinability.
The exchangeable work table consists of upper and lower platforms whose movement and exchange are controlled by the controller. The machine performs platform exchange within 15 seconds.
The bed structure has an internal honeycomb layout made of numerous welded rectangular tubes. Inside the tubes, reinforcements increase the frame’s strength, rigidity and the stability of the guide rail, effectively preventing deformation. High strength, stability, and tensile resistance ensure 20 years of operation without distortion.
