Description

Fibre laser cutting machines are advanced devices that stand out with numerous advantages. Exchangeable work table

The exchangeable work table consists of upper and lower platforms, whose movement and replacement are controlled by the control system. The machine can perform a complete platform exchange within 15 seconds.

The bed structure features an internal honeycomb design made of numerous welded rectangular tubes. Reinforcements inside the tubes improve the bed’s strength, rigidity, and guide rail stability, effectively preventing deformation. Raytools cutting head

  • Automatic focus adjustment – autofocus. The software automatically adjusts the focusing lens when cutting sheets of varying thickness. The autofocus speed is ten times faster than manual adjustment.
  • Wider manual adjustment range – adjustment range −10mm to +10mm. The 0.01mm precision is suitable for materials of various thicknesses (0–20mm) below 1500W.
  • Long service life. Collimator and focusing lenses are water-cooled, lowering the cutting head temperature and extending its operational life.
