Fibre laser cutting machines are advanced devices that stand out with numerous advantages. FIBER technology enables cutting of sheets and other materials of different thicknesses, from very thin to very thick. The wavelength in a FIBER laser measures 1.064 micrometres, providing an intensity 100 times higher than that of comparable CO₂ systems.

Sliding gantry made of aerospace aluminium

The sliding gantry is made of aged aerospace aluminium formed under 4,300 tons of pressure, providing exceptional rigidity. Aerospace aluminium offers high stiffness (greater than cast iron), low weight, corrosion and oxidation resistance, and excellent machinability.

Exchangeable work table

The exchangeable work table consists of upper and lower platforms, whose movement and replacement are controlled by the control system. The machine can perform a complete platform exchange within 15 seconds.

Welded bed made of rectangular profiles

The bed structure features an internal honeycomb design made of numerous welded rectangular tubes. Reinforcements inside the tubes improve the bed’s strength, rigidity, and guide rail stability, effectively preventing deformation. High strength, stability, and tensile resistance ensure up to 20 years of distortion-free performance.
