Fibre laser cutters are modern machines distinguished by numerous advantages. They are not only an excellent and far more cost-effective alternative to CO2 technology but also feature many benefits that allow production expansion (up to 70%) and improved quality. FIBER technology enables cutting sheets and other materials of various thicknesses — from very thin to very thick. The wavelength of the FIBER laser is 1.064 micrometres. These properties result in intensity that is 100 times higher than in CO2 systems of comparable power.
The gantry structure is made of aged aviation aluminium, formed with a pressure of 4,300 tonnes, ensuring exceptional rigidity. Aviation aluminium offers many advantages: higher stiffness (greater than cast iron), low weight, corrosion and oxidation resistance, and excellent machinability.
The exchangeable working table consists of upper and lower platforms, whose movement and exchange are controlled by the controller. The machine can complete the platform exchange within 15 seconds.
The bed structure features an internal honeycomb-like design made of numerous welded rectangular tubes. Inside the tubes are stiffeners that increase bed strength and enhance guide rail rigidity and stability to effectively prevent deformation. High strength, stability and tensile resistance guarantee 20 years of operation without deformation.
