FIBER laser cutting machines are modern industrial systems offering numerous advantages. They are not only an excellent and much more cost-effective alternative to CO2 technology, but also provide multiple features that allow for production growth (up to 70%) and improved quality. FIBER laser technology enables cutting of sheet metal and other materials of various thicknesses — from very thin to very thick. The FIBER laser wavelength is 1.064 micrometres, resulting in beam intensity 100 times higher than that of CO2 lasers of similar power.
Main advantages of the laser include:

- universal application (special steels, mild steel, stainless steel, copper, brass, aluminium, titanium).

Gantry made of aged aerospace-grade aluminium
The moving gantry is made of aged aerospace aluminium pressed with 4300 tons of force, ensuring extreme rigidity. Aluminium offers many advantages: high stiffness (higher than cast iron), low weight, corrosion and oxidation resistance, and excellent machinability.
Exchangeable Working Table
The exchangeable working table consists of upper and lower platforms controlled by the CNC controller. The machine can complete the exchange process within 15 seconds.
Rectangular Welded Bed Frame
The internal honeycomb structure is made of multiple welded rectangular tubes. Internal reinforcements increase strength, rigidity, and stability of the rails to effectively prevent deformation. The frame provides durability, stiffness, and tensile strength, ensuring 20 years of operation without distortion.

Raytools Cutting Head
- Automatic focus adjustment (Autofocus) – The software automatically adjusts the focusing lens when cutting sheets of different thicknesses. The autofocus speed is ten times faster than manual adjustment.
- Wider manual adjustment range – adjustment range from -10 mm to +10 mm with 0.01 mm precision. Suitable for materials 0–20 mm thick (manual adjustment below 1500W).
- Extended service life – Collimating and focusing lenses are water-cooled to maintain optimal head temperature, extending their lifetime.

The IPG YLS-CUT high-power laser source allows cutting stainless steel, aluminium, and other metals up to 70 mm thick.Segmented Smoke Extraction System
The laser is equipped with an advanced fume extraction system. Each bed section has a high-pressure fan that removes fumes and dust from all directions. Strong adsorption efficiently cleans the air, protecting the optics from contamination.High-Speed Linear Motors
