The moving gantry is made from heat-treated aerospace-grade aluminum, pressed with a force of 4300 tons, achieving exceptional rigidity. This aluminum alloy provides excellent stiffness (superior to cast iron), low weight, high resistance to corrosion and oxidation, and excellent machinability.
The machine is equipped with a dual worktable system — an upper and a lower platform — both controlled by the CNC software. The exchange cycle of the working platforms takes just 15 seconds, minimizing downtime and ensuring continuous production.
The welded frame has an internal honeycomb structure made of numerous interconnected rectangular tubes. Inside each tube, reinforcement ribs have been installed to increase the frame’s strength, stiffness, and stability of the guide rail. This design effectively prevents deformation. The high rigidity and tensile strength of the structure ensure up to 20 years of use without distortion.
The machine is equipped with a high-power IPG YLS-CUT laser source (20 kW). This industrial-grade fiber laser enables cutting of stainless steel, aluminum, and other metals up to 70 mm thick with outstanding precision and edge quality.
The machine is equipped with an advanced segmented fume extraction system. Each section of the bed has a high-pressure fan that captures smoke and dust from all directions. The strong suction efficiently removes fumes, keeps the air clean, and protects the optical lens from contamination.

A linear motor converts electrical energy directly into mechanical linear motion.
