Tube and Profile Fibre Laser Cutter CORMAK LF3015GAR with Cutting Attachment
A specialised fibre laser designed to cut not only sheet metal but also tubes and profiles. High acceleration, exceptional cutting precision, a rotary chuck for pipes and an exchangeable table make this laser cutter unrivalled among other fibre laser cutting machines. Laser cutting machines are modern devices distinguished by numerous advantages. They are not only an excellent and much more cost-effective alternative to CO2 technology but also have many inherent features that enable production to expand (by up to 70%) and improve quality. The FIBER technology allows cutting of sheets and other materials of various thicknesses – from very thin to very thick. The wavelength of the FIBER laser is 1.064 micrometres. These characteristics provide an intensity 100 times greater than that of CO2 systems of comparable power.

Dual Function and Cost Efficiency
The fibre laser cutter LF3015GAR cuts not only sheets but also tubes and profiles. It has multiple applications and saves more than 50% of workspace, effectively increasing productivity.
Sliding Gantry Made of Aged Aerospace Aluminium
The sliding gantry structure is made of aged aerospace aluminium formed under a pressure of 4,300 tonnes, providing exceptional rigidity. Aerospace aluminium offers many benefits: high stiffness (greater than cast iron), low weight, corrosion and oxidation resistance, and excellent machinability.

Electric Clamping Chuck
The clamp holds the profile in two directions and automatically aligns the axis of the profile. The adjustable diagonal range is 20–200 mm.
Exchangeable Work Table
The exchangeable work table consists of upper and lower platforms, the movement and exchange of which are controlled by the system controller. The machine can complete the platform exchange in just 15 seconds.
Automatic Tube Support
The system features an intelligent tube support assembly that helps prevent deformation during the cutting of long tubes.
Welded Frame Made of Rectangular Profiles
The bed structure has an internal honeycomb-like design made of multiple welded rectangular tubes. Inside the tubes, additional reinforcements are fitted to improve the frame’s strength and to increase the rigidity and stability of the guide rail, effectively preventing deformation. High strength, stability and tensile resistance guarantee 20 years of operation without distortion.

Raytools Cutting Head
- Automatic Focus Adjustment – Autofocus – The software automatically adjusts the focusing lens when cutting sheets of different thicknesses. The autofocus adjustment speed is ten times faster than manual adjustment.
- Wider Manual Adjustment Range – Adjustment range −10 mm to +10 mm, precision 0.01 mm, suitable for materials of varying thickness (0–20 mm) – applicable for power below 1500W.
- Long Service Life – The collimating and focusing lenses are equipped with a water-cooled radiator, which reduces the cutting head temperature and extends the head’s lifespan.
