Construction and technology

The CORMAK MM2315Q edge sander is built on a heavy-duty steel frame for excellent rigidity and resistance to deformation under load. The 1.1 kW motor powered by a three-phase 400V supply ensures stable and consistent belt speed of 840 m/min, allowing efficient material removal.

The sanding unit features an adjustable sanding angle from 0–45°, ideal for finishing work and producing complex components. The belt tensioning mechanism maintains uniform tension across the sanding belt, ensuring smooth operation, longer belt life, and precise results.

Precision and performance

The large working surface (790 × 221 mm) and maximum sanding length of 790 mm allow accurate processing of wide workpieces. The adjustable main table and auxiliary table (514 × 221 mm) make it easy to handle curved or irregular shapes while maintaining full control of the workpiece.
