Automatic adjustment of back gauge (X axis) and R axis (manual option*). R axis facilitates bending of larger radii, e.g. step bending system.

Optional regulation of fingers in axes Z1, Z2, R1, R2, X1, X2 on servomotors.

To achieve a satisfactory result in step bending, certain calculations are required, involving key parameters related to the bending process, such as:
- Arc length – the distance between the ends of the bent curve of the sheet measured along the inner bend;
- Number of bends – the number of individual bends needed to obtain the desired radius; the greater the number of bends, the smaller each bending angle and the smoother the resulting arc;
- Distance between bends – the spacing between successive bends performed during the process.
Although the entire step bending process may seem complex, CORMAK machines and software are advanced enough to automate many aspects, relieving the operator of most of the workload.
Automatic crowning compensation
Ensures uniform bending angle along the entire bending length – (option*)
Manual crowning compensation (option*)
