Optional servo control of finger stops in axes Z1, Z2, R1, R2, X1, X2.

To achieve satisfactory step bending results, certain calculations must be made. This requires knowledge of several key parameters related to the bending process, such as:
- Arc length – the distance between the ends of the curved part of the sheet measured along the inner side of the bend;
- Number of bends – the number of individual bends required to achieve a sheet with the desired radius; the higher the number of bends, the smaller each individual bending angle, resulting in a smoother curve;
- Distance between bends – the spacing between each consecutive bend made during the process.
Although the step bending process may seem complex, CORMAK machines and software are now so advanced that in many cases they completely relieve the operator of these calculations.
Automatic crowning compensation
Ensures the same bending angle is maintained along the entire bending length - (option*)
Manual crowning compensation (option*)

Safety
Laser Safety System
Equipped as standard with a top-class laser safety system protecting the operator and doubling the bending efficiency.

We never compromise on safety! High-quality hydraulic connections and safety valves designed to ensure maximum reliability.

CE-compliant Safety Guards

Ergonomics and Additional Features:
- Mobile controller on a movable boom arm
- LED lighting: improves comfort and work safety
- Front supports on linear guides
- Follow-up supports (option*)
Servo-driven follow-up supports enable bending of larger sheet dimensions — they lift the sheet at the correct angle during bending, maintaining the required angle and preventing distortion.
CORMAK press brakes are equipped with advanced safety systems including clear markings, side guards, rear safety gates and accessible emergency stop switches.
Each machine is supplied with a clear and detailed user manual.
Having CE certification alone does not guarantee safety — what matters is the actual safety systems installed!

SCO – Oil Cooling System
Included as standard, ensuring consistent operating parameters even during extended continuous operation.
Tool Clamping System:
- Divided, multi-groove, four-sided dies and sectional punches as standard
- The standard CORMAK press brake tool system is the manual European AMADA-type quick-change system
- Punches are mounted from the machine side and locked with screws
Selection of dies and punches
The final bending result depends on selecting the correct tools — dies and punches.
CORMAK press brakes constantly monitor bending parameters and can automatically compensate for deviations to achieve the most precise result.

Depending on the machine’s pressing force, sectional punches and dies may vary in length.
