Automatic backgauge travel (X axis) and R axis adjustment (manual option*). R axis facilitates bending of larger radii, e.g. by step bending system.

Optional adjustment of fingers in axes Z1, Z2, R1, R2, X1, X2 using servomotors (option*).

To achieve a satisfactory step bending result, certain calculations are required, which depend on knowing several key parameters of the bending process – these include:
- Arc length – the distance between the ends of the bent sheet curve, measured along the inner side of the bend;
- Number of bends – the number of single bends required to obtain a sheet with the desired radius; the higher the number of bends, the smaller the single bending angle and the smoother the resulting arc;
- Distance between bends – the distance between each individual bend performed during the process.
Although the entire step bending process may seem quite complex, CORMAK machines and software are already advanced enough to automate much of this process for the operator.
Automatic crowning compensation
Ensures consistent bending angles across the entire bending length – (option*)
Manual crowning compensation (option*)
Ensures consistent bending angles across the entire bending length – (option*)

Safety
Laser safety system
Standard with our machines — a top-class laser safety system that protects the operator and more than doubles bending efficiency.

We do not compromise on safety! Highest-quality hydraulic connections and safety valves designed in Poland.

Beware of pseudo-safety systems such as light curtains or gates that are not CE-compliant — these pose serious risks to operator health. As an employer, you are responsible for ensuring operator safety!
CE-compliant safety guards

Ergonomics and Additional Features:
- Mobile controller on articulated arm
- LED lighting: improves comfort and safety of operation
- Front supports on linear guides
- Follow-up supports (option*)
Servo-driven follow-up supports enable bending of larger sheet metal parts — during bending they lift the sheet at the correct angle to prevent deformation and ensure the required angle accuracy.
We care about the safety of our clients and their teams, therefore our press brakes are equipped with a range of advanced protection systems, including clear safety markings, side guards, rear safety gates and easily accessible emergency stops.
Each machine is supplied with a clear and detailed operating manual in English.
Please note: CE declaration alone does not guarantee safety — what matters is the system configuration!

SCO – Oil Cooling System
Standard on our machines — ensures stable machine parameters even during prolonged continuous operation.
Punch and Die Clamping System:
- Standard split multi-groove four-sided dies and sectional punches
- Standard manual AMADA-type (European) system for quick tool changes
- Punches are side-mounted and secured with screws
Punch and Die Selection
The final bending result depends largely on proper selection of tools – punch and die.
CORMAK press brakes continuously monitor bending parameters and automatically compensate deviations to achieve optimal results.

Depending on the press force, sectional punches and dies may differ in length.
