The electromechanical roller ESR 1300×6.5 mm with asymmetric rollers is designed for producing cylindrical and conical shells of various diameters. This machine is intended for bending sheet metal up to 6.5 mm thick and 1,300 mm long, with a top roller diameter of 150 mm. The three-roller benders from this series are highly popular due to their simple yet functional design.
The chain drive transfers rotation from the electric motor to the rollers. The upper roller is foldable, which makes it easier to remove finished products. The foldable roller is equipped with a lock to prevent it from opening accidentally during operation.
