The three-roller electromechanical roller ESR 1300×2.5 with asymmetric rollers is designed for producing cylindrical and conical shells of various diameters. This machine is intended for bending sheet metal up to 2.5 mm thick and 1,300 mm long, with a top roller diameter of 90 mm. The chain drive transfers rotation from the electric motor to the rollers. The upper roller is foldable, which facilitates the removal of finished products. The foldable roller is equipped with a lock to prevent it from opening accidentally during operation.
