The CORMAK Q20-6 2000kg Li-Ion electric pallet truck improves the transport of pallets weighing up to 2 tonnes in warehouses, wholesale facilities and manufacturing plants. Electric travel and lifting reduce operator effort during repetitive tasks, while the large 48V/20Ah battery allows longer transport cycles between charges.
The pallet truck is equipped with a 48V/20Ah lithium-ion battery. In terms of nominal stored energy, it is equivalent to a 24V/40Ah battery and provides twice the energy reserve of the 48V/10Ah version. This solution is suitable for facilities requiring longer operating periods between charges. Operating time is up to 6 hours on a single charge, depending on the load and operating conditions, while charging takes approximately 5 hours.
Forks measuring 1150mm in length with an overall outside width of 550mm allow pallets to be picked up in goods receiving, storage and dispatch areas. In the lowered position, the forks are 80mm above the ground, reaching 195mm when raised to lift the pallet for transport. The running gear uses polyurethane wheels, while braking is provided by an electromagnetic brake.
The Q20-6 electric pallet truck reaches a travel speed of 4km/h when laden and 4.5km/h when unladen. Combining electric drive with a larger battery makes it easier to organise regular transport between workstations without manually moving heavy pallets.
