Design and technology

The EASY NC-500 lathe has been designed for maximum durability and productivity. Its 400 mm wide bed minimises vibration and enhances machining quality. The spindle bore of 80/104 mm (depending on version) allows for the machining of long and thick components. The 11 kW spindle motor generates up to 1085 Nm of torque, ensuring efficient turning of hard materials. Servo-driven operation delivers excellent dimensional repeatability and reduces setup time.

Precision and performance

By automating key machining cycles and enabling simultaneous two-axis turning, the EASY NC-500 provides high precision and shorter production times. Threading cycles—metric, inch, module and D.P.—require only basic parameter input, with the machine executing the process automatically.
