Design and technology

The EASY NC-500 lathe has been designed for maximum efficiency and durability. The wide 400 mm bed minimises vibration and enhances machining quality. The spindle bore 80/104 mm (depending on version) enables machining of long and heavy components. The 11 kW spindle motor provides up to 1085 Nm of torque, allowing effective turning of hard materials. Servo-driven operation ensures dimensional repeatability and reduces setup time.

With automated machining cycles and simultaneous two-axis turning capability, the EASY NC-500 ensures high precision and reduced production time. Threading operations — metric, inch, module and D.P. — are simplified to basic parameter input, with the machine performing the rest automatically.
