DCV6000E – industrial chip extractor with maximum filtration efficiency

DCV6000E is a technologically advanced industrial dust extractor designed for effective removal of sawdust, chips and dust from multiple workstations at once. Built for uninterrupted, heavy-duty operation in industrial environments, it maintains consistent suction power and ensures excellent air quality across the production floor. The reinforced housing and dynamically balanced impeller provide quiet and reliable operation without maintenance.

Design and technology

The extractor’s body is made from thick, hardened steel, resistant to deformation and vibration. Its metal impeller, dynamically balanced, reduces noise and ensures stability during high airflow operation. Polyester filters with a large filtration surface and high precision capture particles down to 5 microns. With the optional HEPA filter, the system meets the highest air purity standards.

Precision and performance

DCV6000E achieves an air velocity of 28–32 m/s with a 3.8 kW motor running at 3,000 rpm. This allows it to effectively serve multi-station woodworking lines and automated production systems regardless of workload intensity, maintaining stable performance even in continuous operation.
