CORMAK DS500 is designed for lifting and positioning parts, components and technical equipment during workshop, assembly, maintenance and loading operations. Its adjustable construction allows the lifting point to be positioned according to the task.

Adjustable Boom – Selecting the Reach and Lifting Capacity

The boom length is 1,180–1,680mm, while the horizontal reach can be adjusted within a range of 760–1,500mm. The overall structure height is adjustable from 1,220–2,140mm.

The permissible load depends on the boom position: up to 500kg at the shortest reach, up to 250kg at the intermediate reach and up to 100kg at the maximum reach. When selecting a configuration, consider both the weight of the component and the required lifting reach.

5:1 Manual Winch with 15m Cable

The winch, with a 5:1 gear ratio, assists with lifting and controlling load movement using a hand crank. It is equipped with a 15m cable.

The winch itself has a lifting capacity of 810kg. This specification applies to the winch component, not to the permissible load of the complete crane. The maximum lifting capacity of the DS500 is 500kg; lower limits apply when the boom is extended further.
