CORMAK press brakes are advanced machines enabling precise sheet metal bending thanks to properly selected punches and dies. Our range includes models equipped as standard with the DELEM DA-58T controller and optionally with DELEM DA-53T, DA-66T, DA-69T and CYBELEC 12 controllers, offering a wide range of functions for performing even the most demanding bending tasks.
The presented configuration represents the most popular equipment choice among customers – a proven and efficient solution for serial production.

Automatic backgauge (X axis) and R axis adjustment (manual option*). The R axis facilitates bending of larger radii, e.g. with step bending systems.

Optional adjustment of fingers in axes Z1, Z2, R1, R2, X1, X2 using servomotors.

To achieve a satisfactory result in step bending, some calculations are required that depend on knowledge of several key parameters related to the bending process, including:
- Arc length – the distance between the ends of the bent curve of the sheet measured on the inner side of the bend;
- Number of bends – the number of individual bends required to achieve the specified radius; the more bends, the smaller each bending angle, resulting in a smoother curve;
- Distance between bends – the spacing between individual bends made during the process.
Although the step bending process may seem complex, CORMAK machines and software are advanced enough to automate many operations previously requiring manual calculations.

Follow-up servo supports allow bending of large sheets by automatically lifting the material during the bending process to maintain the correct angle and prevent deformation.
Each CORMAK press brake is designed with operator safety and comfort in mind. The machine features side guards, a rear safety gate, clear markings and accessible emergency stops.
