Construction and technology

The CORMAK TH410 thickness planer is built on a stable steel and cast iron body, ensuring durability and resistance to dynamic loads. The cutterhead with a diameter of 95 mm is fitted with four replaceable knives rotating at 4,050 rpm. This design guarantees high efficiency and a smooth surface finish, regardless of the wood type.

The worktable, 930 mm long and 410 mm wide, provides comfortable support for large elements. A powerful chain-driven feed system ensures smooth and stable material transport without operator intervention. A standard extension table with built-in rollers is also included.

The machine achieves a feed rate of 6 m/min, which, combined with a maximum cutting depth of 4 mm, enables fast material removal without loss of accuracy. The 3.0kW (S1) motor delivers continuous performance, with a total installed power of 4.2kW.
