Design and technology

MDC1500/400 is equipped with a high-performance motor operating in S1 100% 1.5 kW and S6 40% 2.1 kW modes, ensuring stable extraction parameters even during prolonged operation. The 400 V / 50 Hz power supply increases resistance to load drops and guarantees uniform impeller operation.

The dual-inlet system 2 × 100 mm allows efficient extraction from two sources, while the optimised suction system design enables airflow of up to 2,200 m³/h without using a bag. When operating with a bag or hose, the capacity is 1,500 m³/h, which remains fully sufficient for workstations generating large amounts of metal dust.
