The AURORA MP150 enclosed pressure washer is a compact machine designed for cleaning mechanical parts, tools and workshop components. The enclosed chamber minimises fluid spray, whilst the operating pressure of 5–8 bar facilitates the removal of oil, grease, carbon deposits and other stubborn dirt.
Cleaning is carried out using fluid circulating in a closed-loop system. The pneumatic gun allows a mixture of cleaning fluid and compressed air to be delivered, and once cleaning is complete, it can be used to blow out and dry the workpiece.
The AURORA MP150 cleaner is fitted with a pneumatic spray gun featuring two operating modes. During cleaning, a mixture of compressed air and cleaning fluid is delivered through the nozzle, which helps to flush out dirt from holes, channels, recesses and complex-shaped surfaces.
Once cleaning is complete, the operator can switch the gun to blow-off mode using air only. This removes any remaining cleaning fluid and allows the component to be prepared more quickly for further work, inspection, repair or assembly.
Work takes place inside a closed chamber, which helps to minimise the splashing of cleaning agent around the workstation. Built-in gloves allow the component being cleaned to be rotated and positioned freely without having to open the lid.
The chamber lighting improves visibility of the workpiece, enabling the operator to monitor the cleaning of soiled surfaces, holes and hard-to-reach areas more closely.
Cleaning takes place in a closed-loop system using the fluid contained in the machine’s tank. The tank capacity ranges from 8 to 14 litres. This solution allows the cleaning fluid to be reused multiple times and reduces its consumption during day-to-day workshop operations.
A simple fluid-change mechanism makes it easy to drain the fluid and prepare the washer for further use.

For the washer to operate correctly, it must be connected to an external source of compressed air. A compressor is not included in the set.
Use a cleaning fluid suitable for workshop washers, the material of the parts being cleaned, and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. Do not use flammable liquids, petrol or solvents that are not intended for use in this type of equipment.
The washer is supplied for self-assembly. Due to its tabletop design, it should be placed on a stable and sufficiently sturdy worktop.
