Tube and Profile Fibre Laser Cutting Machine CORMAK FIBER LF3015GEPR 3kW
The fibre laser cutting machine is equipped with a rotary attachment for tubes and profiles up to 200 mm in diameter and 6000 mm in length, as well as an exchangeable table system. One machine – two applications. It is an ideal solution for companies with limited floor space. YASKAWA servomotors ensure fast and reliable laser operation.
Laser cutting machines are modern devices distinguished by numerous advantages. They are not only an excellent and much more cost-effective alternative to CO2 technology but also offer many benefits that enable production growth (up to 70%) and improved quality. FIBER technology allows cutting of sheets and other materials of various thicknesses, from very thin to very thick. The wavelength of the FIBER laser is 1.064 micrometres. These properties influence beam intensity, which is 100 times greater than in CO2 systems of similar power.

Dual Application and Cost Efficiency
The FIBER LF3015GEPR not only cuts sheet metal but also tubes and profiles. It offers a wide range of applications and saves over 50% of workspace, effectively increasing production efficiency.
Sliding Gantry Made of Aged Aerospace Aluminium
The sliding gantry structure is made from aged aerospace aluminium formed under a pressure of 4,300 tonnes, achieving exceptional rigidity. Aerospace aluminium offers numerous advantages: high stiffness (greater than cast iron), low weight, corrosion and oxidation resistance, and excellent machinability.

Electric Clamping Chuck
The chuck grips the profile in two directions and automatically performs profile alignment. The diagonal adjustment range is 20–200 mm.
Exchangeable Worktable
The exchangeable worktable consists of upper and lower platforms whose movement and replacement are controlled by the system. The machine can complete the platform exchange within 15 seconds.
Automatic Tube Support
The intelligent tube support system effectively prevents deformation during the cutting process of long tubes.
Welded Bed Made of Rectangular Tubes
The bed structure features an internal honeycomb-like design made from multiple welded rectangular tubes. Reinforcements inside the tubes increase the strength of the bed as well as the stiffness and stability of the guide rails, effectively preventing deformation. High durability, stability, and tensile strength ensure 20 years of operation without distortion.

Raytools Cutting Head
- Automatic Focus Adjustment – Autofocus. The software automatically adjusts the focusing lens when cutting sheets of different thicknesses. The autofocus speed is ten times faster than manual adjustment.
- Extended Manual Adjustment Range – Adjustment range from -10 mm to +10 mm, precision 0.01 mm, suitable for materials of different thicknesses (0–20 mm) – below 1500W power.
- Long Service Life. The collimating and focusing lenses are equipped with a water-cooled radiator that lowers the cutting head temperature, extending its operational lifetime.
