Automatic adjustment of back-gauge travel (axis X) and R-axis (with manual option*). The R-axis facilitates bending larger radii, e.g. by step-bending system.

Optional servo-motor adjustment of fingers on axes Z1, Z2, R1, R2, X1 and X2.

To achieve a satisfactory step-bending result, certain calculations are required, based on a few key bending parameters:
- Arc length – distance between the ends of the bent sheet’s curve, measured along the inner bend side.
- Number of bends – total individual bends needed to achieve a given radius; the greater the number of bends, the smaller the angle of each bend and the smoother the curve.
- Spacing between bends – distance between successive bends performed during the process.
Although step bending may seem complex, CORMAK machines and software are so advanced that many operations are automatically handled by the system, relieving the operator of manual calculations.
Automatic deflection compensation
Ensures a consistent bending angle across the entire working length (option*)
Manual deflection compensation (option*)

Safety
Laser safety system
Standard high-class laser safety system ensures operator protection and doubles the bending speed efficiency.

We never compromise on safety! Top-quality hydraulic connections and safety valves ensure full operator protection and long-term reliability.

Beware of pseudo safety systems such as light gates or curtains that do not comply with CE standards — they expose operators to serious injury risks. As an employer, you are responsible for the safety of your workers!
CE-compliant safety guards

Ergonomics and Additional Features:
- Mobile control panel mounted on a movable arm
- LED lighting – improves comfort and work safety
- Front supports on linear guides
- Follow-up supports (option*)
Servo-driven follow-up supports enable bending of large sheets that lift together with the bending process, maintaining angle precision and preventing deformation.
CORMAK press brakes are equipped with numerous advanced safety systems including side guards, rear safety gate, clear markings and emergency stops.
Each machine is supplied with a comprehensive user manual.
Having a CE declaration alone does not guarantee safety – the equipment and systems installed are what truly matter!

SCO – Oil Cooling System
Standard feature ensuring operational stability and consistent performance even during long, continuous operation.
Tool Clamping System:
- Standard four-sided multi-slot divided dies and punches
- Manual AMADA (European) clamping system for fast tool changes
- Punches mounted from the side and secured with screws
Selection of Dies and Punches
The correct selection of tools – dies and punches – is essential to achieving the desired bending result.
CORMAK press brakes constantly measure bending parameters and automatically correct deviations during the process to ensure optimal results.

Depending on press capacity, segmented punches and dies may vary in length.
