RECI W1 Laser Tube – high cutting quality and long-term stability

RECI W1 is a proven CO₂ tube designed for precise cutting and engraving while maintaining stable beam parameters. The RECI design and quality control translate into a service life of approx. 12,000 hours, reducing operating costs and minimising downtime.

Why the W1 improves cutting quality and repeatability

  • Stable power = clean edge – maintaining the tube’s temperature within the recommended range limits power fluctuations, resulting in smooth edges and repeatable details between production batches.
  • Power reserve – simplifies speed and pass selection and allows processing of typical non-metal materials with an adequate safety margin.
  • Lower degradation risk – stable operation reduces the need to increase parameters over time, which usually worsens cutting geometry.
