Unlike monolithic saws, bimetal saws are made from two types of steel. The carrier strip, made of highly flexible, fracture-resistant spring steel, is bonded by an electron beam to top-quality, wear-resistant M42 high-speed steel. This significantly increases efficiency and, consequently, reduces labour costs.

Characteristics
EMULGOL ES-12 emulsifying oil is used as a water-based cooling and lubricating emulsion for the machining of steel, cast iron and non-ferrous metals and their alloys.
Advantages of using the oil:
maintains the correct temperature during the cutting process
removes chips
lubricates the saw, reducing friction
